Monday - Thursday 6:30-9:30 PM
During these 6-weeks, you will face your transition head-on as we begin with discovering your "why" and directly translate your experience in the military to the corporate sector. We build a strong foundation in week one as we address the intrinsic transition before beginning to dive into civilian career opporutnities. Throughout the course we bring together various elements to help you identify your goals and build a successful path to acheive them.
Beginning in week two, we bring in our Employment Partners where you will be assigned a real-time case study to get a sense of various career paths while working on real issues. These team-based case studies allow you to try different roles while giving you a glimpse into different industries, company sizes and company cultues. At the end of the Program, these case studies will not only grow your experience, but your network and your confidence.
Through the 6-week program, you will earn a Certificate in Business Management - Direct Supervision as we guide you through the Military Transition. From there, you can either continue your pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with Indiana Wesleyan University.
Currently, we are taking a hybrid approach to all courses. If you are located in the Indianapolis area, you are encoraged to attend the cohort in person at the IWU North Indy campus, however, we also host the sessions virtually for those who cannot attend in person.
